The 3003 aluminum pipe is highly efficient and possesses corrosion-resistant properties. It is a seamless steel pipe with a spiral inner wall that retains the nuclear boiling state under high heat loads. This prevents film boiling and ensures durability. The pipe is suitable for use in condenser and evaporator flow tubes of various refrigeration equipment. The primary media used in the pipeline are refrigerants. Compared to smooth tubes, the inner threaded aluminum pipe has a larger internal surface area, enabling efficient heat exchange when coolant flows through the tube. This feature makes it increasingly popular over time.
The product is available in different specifications, including Φ 9.52, Φ 7.94, Φ 7, and Φ 5 finished products. We customize the specifications and performance requirements according to customer requests and can oil the inner wall of the threaded pipe to meet the requirements of the rear road riser process products. The basic production method of internal threads is to lighten the wall thickness while generating threads within the tube along the thread direction on the mandrel, thereby improving pipe diameter reduction.
